ChurchKit is an open-source platform developed by church staff and designed to lessen your administrative load (Acts 6:1-7). The website itself is free — you pay whatever you believe it's worth, even nothing (see Pricing). Add-ons like Planning Center Sync, YouTube Sermons, and a mobile app are priced separately, only if you want them. There's no hard sell. The aim of ChurchKit is to help you serve God. Full stop.
Faithful Path can also provide practical, hands-on consulting for Sunday morning live-streaming: cameras, switchers, and computer setups a volunteer can actually run. You shouldn't have to have a tech degree or years of AV experience to make your services accessible to your members and community.

ChurchKit gives you a complete, ready-to-launch, branded website with pages, staff, ministries, and events, built on a platform written and maintained with ministry in mind, not a third-party template. Setup, Cloudflare deployment, and domain configuration are included, so your church doesn't need an in-house developer to get it live.
Faithful Path Consulting (FPC) provides practical help with the Sunday morning live-stream setup: staging and routing, switcher workflows, camera placement, and a booth layout a rotating volunteer crew can run — without buying gear your church doesn't need. Be sure to ask for a consultation quote when you reach out.
The ChurchKit website platform is free. The only thing we can't cover for you is your own domain name — that's a small fee you pay directly to a registrar, not to FPC. Add-ons and live-stream consulting are priced separately (see below).
There's no invoice and no required fee for the website build. After the site is live, you decide what the work was worth to your church and give that amount. If that's nothing, that's fine — the offer doesn't change.
Whatever you choose to give, half of it goes directly to Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, AL — the faith community for which ChurchKit was originally designed and where its developer still serves as the volunteer technology leader. This isn't a platform fee routed through me; it's a gift passed on to the church that made FPC and ChurchKit possible.
Charging full price for something that can be given away didn't sit right. The gifts God gives should be used in His service. Through ChurchKit your church gets a website that actually works without it costing money you don't have.
None of these add-ons are required for a working site. Each is a feature you can turn on later if your church wants it. And since ChurchKit is an open-source platform, nothing is locked down. Everything can be customized to fit what your church uses. Unlike the core website, add-ons aren't free — each one is a custom quote based on the work involved and discussed when you reach out.
Connect your website to the Planning Center data your staff already keeps current — Services, Groups, and Giving — instead of a second system to maintain by hand. Don't use Planning Center? No problem. FPC can connect your ChurchKit to any ChMS that allows third-party integrations.
Pull sermon videos straight from your church's YouTube channel onto your website automatically. No manual uploading or re-hosting required.
An iOS/Android app designed to coordinate with your ChurchKit website that includes features such as sermon videos, sermon notes and announcements, the Bible and daily reading plans, check-in, giving, and push notifications.
The code, the Cloudflare account, the domain, and the data all belong to your church outright. No vendor lock-in, no hostage domains, and no mandatory monthly retainer.
FPC can build the site, hand over full ownership, and step away. If you'd rather not handle updates and hosting on your own, FPC also offers ongoing maintenance at a reasonable price. Either way works; it's entirely your call.

I'm the volunteer technology leader at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Leeds, AL. ChurchKit wasn't built as a product first. I wrote it for Cedar Grove after the expense of relying on subscriptions to for-profit hosting companies became too high to justify as good stewardship.
